    It is strange to say it, but I am actually the first mayor of Casablanca. There are so many problems that I almost have a luxury of choosing to solve the biggest issues first.

    This should be one of Casablanca's most important roads, but it ends here in a garden. To drive around to where the road begins again takes 20 minutes. It is crazy.

    I do not look at problems like a normal politician, so I come up with strange solutions that seem to work. I was attached to the southern projects, but I thought I could bring some of these ideas to Casablanca.


    There was no budget and no interest in the government developing this region. But I looked at all the people who were leaving and decided they could actually be a tremendous asset to us.
